Accidentally put my phone in the washing machine with my clothes....?

its a Sony Ericsson W810i.It still powers up after leaving it on the radiator all night but the screen is just blank or sometimes white.

Any advice on properly drying it out as the radiator has been tried and got the phone coming back on but not the display working 100%.

What chances its gone for good??Accidentally put my phone in the washing machine with my clothes....?
well you wont get any dirty calls nowAccidentally put my phone in the washing machine with my clothes....?
Hi

You will have to get a new phone as if phones get wet than they will not work as one of my friends had an operation on her arm as she fell and it was out of place so she had a cardigan on with the pocket on the front and it fell out into the toilet so she had to get it out and she took it to to a company who makes things which are broken and they said that it was really broken and they could not fix it so she has now bought a new phone.
okay omgg i had the samee problem :|

what i done is i kept my phone continuesly on the radiator for like 3days and it started working fine.

i carnt live widout my fone tho so i had to use a old one wid my sim.

nd also after that open it up and patt it dry :) inside near the battery etc. x
Ok dont turn it on or you could fry the circutry, get a sealed container then place some uncooked rice in the container with the device inside, seal the container and leave for afew days and check if ok.The rice draws all the moisture from the device without opening and is very effective. thankyou hope i helped
If you would have left it off for a few days and not put it on the heater you might have saved it.

An electronic device ONLY fries when wet if you turn it on.

FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE READING THIS:

JUST LEAVE IT SHUT OFF FOR A FEW DAYS IN A COOL, DRY PLACE AND IT WILL BE FINE!

The second you turn it on when moist or expose it to heat when you try to dry it out... It is gone.

I've been trying to tell people this for years but no one wants to listen... Sigh...
have you tried a hair dryer, what i would consider doing had it not been so long after being exposed to water would be to place it in a bowl of alcohol, then blow dry it, but most likely its gone
Well use cotton buds to dry off any excess wetness.

Take the phone just apart, and put it under a 40 Watt bulb for 24 hours.

If that still does not solve the problem - get a new one.
eeer
Whoops!
It's toast , go get a new one...
my dear get anew one
