With powdered soaps, I start the water first and pour the soap in and let it fill a bit to dissolve the soap. After it fills away, then I put in the laundry.Call me blonde but where do you put the washing powder when doing a load? in the middle bit or on the clothes?
i put in while water filling up, then add clothesCall me blonde but where do you put the washing powder when doing a load? in the middle bit or on the clothes?
What is the world coming to? One person wants you to explain Einstein's theory of relativity %26amp; the next wast to know how to do the laundry!
You have to wait till the washer fills with water and then put the powder in the water, otherwise it will cake on your clothes. For this reason, I only use liquid detergent because you don't have to wait for the washer to fill. You just put the liquid soap in with the clothes!
I put it on the cloths and there are no dumb questions ,its the only way you can learn.
You do add the detergent into the tub area of the washer, but if using powder I recommend adding the detergent and letting water fill partially to dissove it somewhat before adding clothes. This prevents the powder from adhering to the wet garments and clumping up on them so all of the residue doesn't rinse out.
put directly on the clothes....the middle one is for fabric softener (liquid) and the one near the front of the washer is for liquid bleach....
On the clothes. The middle is for fabric softener.
it depends on what kinda washing machine you have....they're ay be a place for the detergent...or you will have to put it in with the cloths
Actually, if you're using washing powder in a top-loader machine the best way is to put the powder in the bottom of the tub first, and then start the cycle to let it dissolve a bit. Then put your clothes in.
If you're using a front-loader, you could mix the washing powder in a cup or two of warm water and then put it in with the clothes.
Some machines have dispensing cups for liquid detergent - don't put washing powder in those because the drainage mechanisms will clog up.
i put mine in befor I put the clothes in
in with the clothes....the middle part is for the fabric softener
I get a little bit of water going in the machine, then add the powder so that it mixes in with the water, then I add the clothes.
Just add a cup to the clothes under the water while it's running in. If you have a thing in the middle on the spinner it is for fabric softner.
You're a blonde. It goes in the water, before you put the clothes in. Let the water mix it, then, when it stops, add clothes.
set the machine, once the water starts to run put the soap in..... then put the clothes in.
The middle is for your laundry fabric softener, you put your laundry detergent in the tub itself where you put the clothes
According to the instructions on my washing machine's lid, you should put in the detergent before you put the clothes in.
Let some water run first, then add the right amount of soap for the load size, let it agitate a little then add the clothes, adding liquid soap onto the clothes could cause spotting... the middle is for fabric softener
the middle bit is for fabric softener, just dump the powder on the clothes silly billy.
In with the clothes. The hole in the middle is for fabric softener. good luck.
Don't put the detergent on the clothes. Put it in the bottom of the washer, then add water, then the clothes. Depending on what type of detergent you are using, it could cause fading or spotting, if you put it on the clothes. The center of the dasher, is for softner. I always put in the softner, then pour a 1/2 cup of water right in after the softner. Otherwise you will get the hole for the softner all gummed up. You maybe safer using liquid detergent, but that too needs to go in the bottom of the washer along with some water to dilute it. If not and you pour it directly on the clothes, it possibly may stain.
There are no dumb questions!
Put the clothes in first then sprinkle the powder all around.
wait for it to fill up with water then pour the washing powder in the clothes pero make sure your clothes have enuff water or your going to have to wash them again!
Love Meee

with the clothes
It is good to desolve the soap in the bottom of the tub before you add the clothes ,I did add the clothes after the machine had started up but the repair man said I should add the clothes after the soap was dissolved and before the water level was too high. The liquid fabric softener goes in the dispener for that and the bleach if added add before the clothes are added and has a chance to be diluted.
