What should i wash my 15 month old twin daughters clothes in one has eczema?

only just been diagnosed and i was wondering what i should change in her diet as wellWhat should i wash my 15 month old twin daughters clothes in one has eczema?
I use Dreft for mine with eczema. You may also want to talk to her Dr. and be referred for allergy testing . My son was tested at 14 months and showed a allergy to eggs and soy. My baby is 8 months and he goes next week for testing, for food allergy's. I also use eucerin cream, the kind in the jar is best for after a bath however I keep a small tube with me at all times. Prewashing all new cloths and blankets will help too. Keeping a log of what she eats for a week and also wright down when her breakouts get worse may help you see if her food is making it worse. If she gets hot and sweaty she may breakout . These breakouts can be very itchy and uncomfortable. What should i wash my 15 month old twin daughters clothes in one has eczema?
Ivory Snow is really the best. And don't use a fabric softener sheet in the dryer, use a non-allergenic liquid in the washer if you must use something.

Talk to your dermatologist or a nutritionist about any foods which may affect her skin.
My son has eczema and I usually wash his clothes in regular detergent, but buy the dye- and perfume-free versions. We like Arm and Hammer Free or All Free.

His eczema improves considerably in the summer and worsens in the winter. The one thing that definitely irritates it is bubble baths. Maybe it's too much drying soap. Regular baths are fine and we just use the yellow Johnson's baby bath for him on a washcloth and then rinse.

We didn't make any dietary changes for his skin, but I am interested in seeing if others have seen some significant benefits by changing their child's food. Best wishes.
A milder diet can help - but we've been using goat's milk soap - like Zum Bar - and it's been very dramatic how much better all my family's skin is. Available online and in healthfood stores.

Natural laundry detergent helps too. No powered laundry soap!
ummm eczema is no big deal i actually have it and im ok and its pretty under controlled thank god. i use this very good cream the only thing peolple with eczema tend to have very delicate skin and i advice you wash the baby's clothes with unscented products also no lotions with perfume due to sensitve skin but the diet no its ok just feed her nomally

but if you do have more questions the best thing you can do is . ask your doctor and he will know. tk and congrats and god bless
You could buy sensitive washing poiwder or liquid but it can be rather expensive. My daughter also has Eczema and I just use ordinary washing powder. Don't use soap on her skin though it will dry it out more, and also use a moisturiser on her every time you think of it. Socks on hands work well. Sometimes milk can make it worse so maybe try a soy milk and see if that helps.
wash her clothes and sheets and towels in the most mild and natural soup you can find on the market-something simple-lux flakes-there should be natural products on the supermarket or if failing that-health shop-and with her diet foods that usually cause allergies can be dairy-wheat- and acid forming foods-and of course anything with nasty colour's and preservatives and additives -junk food-contact a natrapath for more info and also look on the net about it-good luck
Eczema is a skin disorder, so I would wash both girls clothing in a very mild detergent, such as Cheer Free or Dreft for baby, rinse twice and be careful of what you use as a fabric softner. As for diet, I would just make sure they get plenty of water for hydration, that may help with dry skin.
