i buy dreft too but i think once i finish it i'll swith to regular laundry detergent. i also learned my lesson to what you did i did the exact same thing, i was preparing for th ebaby lol. now i wash it in cold water and always leave it to dry on hangers since i dont have a yard, i put them all over the laundry room that solved my problem!Help my babies onesies/clothes shrunk after I washed them?
They'll be fine. You'll be shocked at how tiny your baby is when it arrives! We bought all cotton clothes, since we live in super-hot Texas, and they all shrunk a little bit. My son was 7 lbs 8 oz at birth, grew like a weed, and still wore newborn sizes for 6 weeks.
Side note: Dreft is expensive and unnecessary. You can use the family's regular detergent, and if the baby develops any rashes, go with a free %26amp; clear detergent.
Dreft is too expensive. Try rewashing them in cold water and putting them out on a clothes line. The cold water keeps the clothes from shrinking and also allows you to pull them back to size. Try Baby Purex or any Free and Clear detergent to wash them in.
buy new ones
