I'm sure its not the first time something like that has had happened to someone. Just wash it. There's nothing wrong with the water in the toilet as long as you flushed it, obviously. I dropped my sunglasses down the toilet (they were hanging off the front of my shirt) just as I flushed it....needless to say I never got those back :(
no it is not as long as the toilet was flushed at the time you should be ok.
toilet water is the same water supply that you drink and brush your teeth with.
just wash it.
